This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from tfmcdigital.com (the "Site"), operated by TFMC Digital ("TFMC," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Site is built and hosted through Fourthwall, which provides our e-commerce platform, checkout, built-in email tools, and site analytics.

1. Personal Information We Collect

a. Device & Usage Information

When you visit the Site, Fourthwall automatically collects certain technical data on our behalf, including your:

  • IP address
  • Approximate location (derived from IP)

  • Pages viewed and site interactions
  • Referring website or search term

b. Order & Account Information

When you make a purchase or attempt to purchase, we (via Fourthwall) collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment method details (processed directly by Fourthwall and its payment processor(s) — TFMC Digital does not store your full card details)

We refer to this as Order Information. Because our products are digital, we do not collect a shipping address unless a specific product requires one.

c. Email & Marketing Activity

If you subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email to download a free resource, or make a purchase, we may use Fourthwall's built-in email tools to send you order confirmations, download links, and — where you've opted in — marketing emails, and to track engagement (e.g. opens, clicks) with those emails.

Note: By subscribing or downloading a free resource from TFMC Digital, you agree to receive relevant email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, and deliver digital products
  • Provide customer support and order confirmations
  • Send marketing emails where you have opted in
  • Detect and prevent fraud, and maintain the security of the Site
  • Understand site usage and improve our products and Site

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information only as needed with the following service providers:

We do not currently use separate third-party analytics or advertising tools beyond what Fourthwall provides. We may in future use additional tools for advertising and retargeting (for example, Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads) as we grow. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy beforehand to name the specific tools used and explain your choices, including how to opt out of related ad tracking.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Behavioral Advertising

We do not currently run targeted or retargeting advertising. If this changes, this section will be updated to describe what's used and how you can opt out (for example, via Facebook's ad preferences, Google's ad settings, or the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info).

5. Do Not Track

We do not currently alter our data practices in response to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Your Data Protection Rights

TFMC Digital is based in the United Kingdom and processes personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Regardless of where you're located, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent, e.g. marketing emails)
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

We retain your order and subscriber information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy (e.g. order records, tax/accounting obligations), or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is appropriate — subject to any legal requirement to retain certain records for longer (for example, UK tax law generally requires business records to be kept for several years).

8. Children's Privacy

TFMC Digital is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
